Terms and Condition of sale

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you make a purchase

Use of Site
The website may be used by you only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website.

1. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior warning. We try to always give warning and only increase prices if suppliers increase. At times there may also be some decreases.

2. We offer no credit unless a credit agreement has been signed,All goods must be paid for in store, over the phone before delivery, by BACS before delivery or cash to delivery driver. The driver has the right to return goods back to 'newbridge' if no payment is received. 

3. Delivery charges are charged at £1 per mile, This charge is split if there are multiple deliveries in your area. Prices can be given on request. Delivery routes are on the delivery page, if unsure please call us.

4. Any good returned must be accompanied with a valid reciept and be retuned clean and dry. Returned goods must be retuned within 14 days of purchase after this time you must return the goods to manufacturer. 

 

Information 
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information we place on our website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to its accuracy. We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or that your visit will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or server are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

These conditions govern our relationship with you. The terms and conditions of this website and all such services and product offers herewith are governed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. By visiting the website and/or formulating requests for any services provided here, you consent that these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect loss or damage or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused.

Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description, which sets out the specifications related to that product.

Goods described and pictures of goods displayed may differ slightly from the goods you receive, this may be due to the quality of the photographs or alterations made by suppliers. You will wherever possible be informed of changes made to any of the products available.  We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time they were entered. Although we aim to keep the website as updated as possible, product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always exactly reflect the position at the time you place the order.

VAT
All prices on our site have VAT included unless otherwise stated. All orders within the EU will be charged VAT at 20%.All transactions are in GB pound sterling

Privacy Policy
Newbridge Tack and Feeds fully complies with the data protection act 1998 . We do not disclose any of the customer details to any third parties and only Newbridge Tack and Feeds will use your email address to contact you in relation to an enquiry you have made; in the event that a problem arises; for administrative purposes or operational reasons relating to our service. We may occasionally email you with details of new services or offers.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct them promptly or delete you from our database if requested.

Deliveries

Deliveries are done 6 days a week from 9am-8pm, we cannot cancel deliveries on the day they are due to be delivered. The full rate of delivery will be charged even if we are unable to deliver due to circumstances out of our control ie. customer not present and no safe place recorded. If a delivery is returned we will then charge a 10% restocking fee on the full invoice. If you do wish to cancel an order it must be done with at least 24 hours notice.

 

Returns

  • Products ordered via the website, facebook, text message, email, by telephone or any other means other than in store purchases - The customer has a period of 14 days in which to return the product if it is not what they ordered/expected or they change your mind about a purchase. Goods must be returned clean and dry, in their original packaging in a saleable condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (reciept or invoice). In the case of consumable or medical products eg. feed, supplements or sterile dressings these must be returned unopened. If the goods do not meet these requirements unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
  • For products purchased in store - Items of clothing, tack, rugs, dog collars and dog coats may be returned within 14 days if the item doesn't fit. In this instance we can exchange the item for a different size or give a refund of store credit. No cash refund can be given in this instance. All items must be returned in a clean, dry, saleable condition and must be in their original packaging. If goods do not meet these requirements then we are unable to exchange or refund.
  • Faulty goods - If the customer discovers an item to be faulty the customer has 14 days to inform 'Newbridge' and to return the goods accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). From the day the goods are returned please allow 7 days for the cause of the fault to be established and for the outcome to be decided. The customer will be kept informed of progress during this period. If the cause of the fault is general wear and tear, for example a horse has been turned out in a rug which has become caught and ripped, unfortunately no refund or exchange may be given. However if the customer was to remove a rug from it's original packaging to discover a tear or poor stitching BEFORE the rug has been used then an exchange or store credit refund may be given.
  • No returns will be exepted on goods sold as out of date or damaged stock. Out of date, near date or damaged stock which is clearly sold as such is purchased at a discounted rate at the customers own risk and cannot be returned.
  • All goods returns must be done at the customers cost. Where the item is returned by post the customer must pay the return postage cost. Items which have been delivered by 'Newbridge' can be picked up when the customer next has a delivery, however if their next delivery is scheduled for outside the 14 day returns period the customer should make their own arrangements to return the item to the store at their cost. Items purchased in store should be returned to the store by the customer. 
  • Original postage/delivery charges will only be refunded if the itemed is deemed to by faulty and the customer chooses a refund of store credit rather than a replacement item. Returns for any other reason will still be charged the original postage/delivery costs.
  • Unless the item is faulty all goods returned for a refund of store credit will also be charged a 10% restocking charge on the returned item. Items which are exchanged are exempt from this charge.
